Rare by Rani - Shipping & Return Policy

We ship across Kolkata via trusted logistics partners.
Tracking information and carrier details will be provided by email, SMS, or WhatsApp after dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated based on product size, weight, destination, and payment method.
Product availability: Some items are ready to ship, while others are made to order. Please refer to product details for specific lead times.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping fees vary by order, depending on the product type, size, and delivery location.
Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns are accepted only for products damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects.
Return eligibility: Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
To request a return, contact us within 3 hours of delivery with order details, photos, and a description of the issue.
Each return request will be reviewed before providing further instructions.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. For exceptional cases, contact our concierge team.
Made-to-order/customised products cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
If cancellation is requested beyond the allowed period, no refund will be provided.

Select Rare by Rani furniture includes a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The first year covers free repair on a case-by-case basis; years two to five cover repair costs (components/payable by customer).
To claim, submit a written request with supporting photos and your original sales receipt within the warranty period.

Custom and made-to-measure services are available upon request.
Signed technical drawings are required to commence production.
Lead times for custom pieces are quoted individually and shared before order confirmation.
